I came in for the initial visit but ended up not being seen. The front desk staff handed me their iPad asking to fill out new patient forms. When I got to the document related to X-ray protocol it required to completely consent to whatever X-rays they deem necessary. I told the receptionist that I brought in X-rays from another practice (she had initially told me to email them to the practice’s email address) that were only two weeks old and also told her that I had just completed a course of radiation and do not wish to have any more X-rays taken. The front desk staff with their “vast medical knowledge”, without even consulting the X-rays I had with me, or showing them to the dentist, told me that unless I sign the form I will not be seen. They were prompt to say “Have a good day” in a mocking tone as soon as I said that I was not signing the form. The female manning the front desk was not professionally dressed and was glued to her cell phone (she must have thought that she was able to cleverly hide it). I walked out of there not looking back. I visited Dominion Endodontics this morning, and I wanted to share my personal experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The office has a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and everything was spotless, including the restrooms. I was treated by Dr. Gardiner M. Packer, and I have to say he is absolutely exceptional. He saw me promptly, explained everything clearly, and performed the procedure with outstanding precision and professionalism. The entire experience was smooth, and I felt absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. Even after the anesthesia wore off, the discomfort was almost nonexistent. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would gladly give 20. I am beyond impressed with this practice and highly recommend Dominion Endodontics to anyone in need of endodontic care. The professionalism, expertise, and genuine dedication to patient comfort are truly remarkable.

Dr. Gardiner Packer was wonderful! I was nervous as I’d never had a root canal before and can honestly say it was easier than a filling. The root canal couldn’t have taken more than 15 minutes at the most and it was pain free.

PLEASE listen to the negative reviews. Bruce Overton needs is incredibly unprofessional and his medical practices/demeanor are dismissive and harmful. During the consultation I explicitly stated that I would need to be put under anesthetic, not just sedated. I stated that I have a fear of dental work and of needles, and that if i was awake, I would have a panic attack. He said he understood and that it could be done. The day of the appointment comes. I'm administered a sedative. I wait for it to kick in and wait for anesthetic to come next. It never does. My anxiety gets worse and worse, to the point I begin to cry and shake. Overton comes in and immediately starts dismissing me. He asked me if I wanted another blanket to which I replied 'No' and said I wasn't feeling well/was extremly nervous but he ignored me and made his assistant get me another blanket because "I must just be cold". They lay me back in the chair and apply a topical numbing agent. Then comes the needle. I start panicking again. By this point I had realized that he wasn't using anesthesia, like we agreed. I tried explaining him that I have a very bad Vasovagal response and that it would NOT end well. He just mock

Dr. GP was so informative and made me feel so comfortable on my birthday. Ms Theresa was also nice as well the perfect duo even sung for me! Getting a root canal for your birthday isn't ideal but they made it an enjoyable experience. Lunch was great afterwards and I didn't experience any pain except a pinch lol(insider). But please visit here for anything you may need done. He personally checked on me and it meant a lot to me 🫶🏽
